Admission Policy(RTE) 2025-26

• The Jaintpur Public school is following the instructions of Central Government/State Government/District Administration with reference to the RTE.

• Admission will be given on the first come first serve basis. There will not be any screening test of students and parents.

•  The applicant has to provide the necessary documents as required for admission :-                       

• Photo Copy of  B.P.L. Card / Income Certificate

• Photo copy of birth certificate

• Four passport size photograph & (Two Stamp size photos) of the student and one photograph with their respective parents.

• Medical Report

• Aadhar card (Self) and both parents

• Caste Certificate

• We have reserved 25% of total seats in Nursery for R.T.E. 

• Girl students will be given priority for 50% of the seats.

• No capitation fee is being taken by the School.

• We will follow Lottery or Random Method for admission. (If the number of application will be more than the available seats)

• Admission process is open for all the students from Balvatika 1, 2 & 3  To Std. IX 

• Admission process starts from 09th December 2024.

• Admission is open from Balvatika 1, 2 & 3 To Std. IX.

• Prospectus is available from 09th December 2024 at school office counter between 10am to 1pm.

Documents required for Admission:

(a) Photocopy of date of birth certificate

(b) Transfer Certificate Original CBSE/ICSE/State Board/Others

(c) Photocopy of Marks Sheet of previous class

(d) Medical Report of Students

(e) Photocopy of Aadhar Card (self) and parents (Father & Mother)

(f) Passport Size Photographs (Students-4, Father – 2, Mother – 2)

(g) Caste Certificate

• Balvatika 1, 2 , 3 and  class I admission on the basis of oral test by the respective class teacher.
